About First in Glass

First in Glass is an insurance-first auto glass business designed around the customer's schedule. We travel to the customer's designated location within a focused two-hour block to replace eligible windshields and other automotive glass.

Our approach is direct: confirm insurance eligibility, communicate the service window, complete the installation, and keep the billing process organized. After the finished job is inspected and signed off, the customer receives a $100 bill as our thank-you for choosing us.

We currently handle insurance jobs only and do not accept cash work. That focus lets our team build a more consistent process for claims, scheduling, installation, and completion.
